it started to rain

sunset. or, almost sunset. today we were blessed with rain. 

rain!

god sure knows how to paint the prettiest pictures.

oh so needed...not just for the earth, but for my soul. it's october and this is the first sub-85 degree day we've had. i'm ready for the autumn. 

an autumn filled with pumpkin spice lattes. scarves. rainy days. football. homemade soup. snuggling under the covers at night.

unfortunately this weather won't last for long here. it's supposed to be up in the mid-80s again this weekend. fortunately for me i'll be in san francisco for a niners game on sunday. yay!
